Return Policy

We hope you feel beautiful in all items purchased from Sweet Lupine. We know, however, that sometimes an item may just not be quite right. All full-price apparel is eligible for a full refund, or for store credit, if returned within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Jewelry, scarves, accessories, gift cards, sale items, and items marked as "Final Sale" are nonreturnable. (Don't worry, we're pretty sure you'll love them from the moment you open them!)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in new condition (with tags attached), and free of any makeup or other stains. Items must be returned in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds that do not meet these qualifications or that are received after January 15, 2016.

Please use our return portal to initiate all returns. *Please use the "#" sign in front of your order number when searching for your order (i.e. #100515).* If you do not have your order number, please contact us at: customerservice@sweetlupine.com and we will be more than happy to help process your return. 

The customer is responsible for paying the return cost of shipping. We highly recommend you insure your package when shipping return items to us, as Sweet Lupine is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or missing in transit.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged item, or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt in order for us to verify the damage occurred in transit. We must be notified via e-mail (customerservice@sweetlupine.com), and please include pictures of the damage in your e-mail. We will then be able to work with you to either replace the item or process a refund back to your account. Please be aware that notices received after the 72 hour window cannot be verified, and are ineligible for a refund. 


Once your return is received, we will initiate a full credit, minus shipping costs, to your original method of payment, within 7 business days. We will e-mail you confirmation of your refund once it has been processed. Please note, it may take your bank 5-10 days to process the return back to your account.

Should an item be returned to us in damaged or worn condition, or without original packaging, we will ship the item back to you. These items are subject to additional shipping costs and are not eligible for a refund.


In order to provide you with a true boutique experience, Sweet Lupine carries limited quantities of each item we stock.

Should you wish to exchange apparel you have purchased from us, we ask that you place an order for the new item to ensure we have the correct size and color in stock before initiating your return. Then, return your original purchase (within 14 days of receipt).  As soon as we receive the returned item, we will process the refund back to your original form of payment.
